Forged out of copious amounts of fuzz and distortion, Bad Acting was formed from the desire to express love and empathy through violent sound.
In their time of existence, Bad Acting has curated their sound and fan base from playing iconic Nashville venues like The End, The Cobra, and others of the DIY nature in the Greater Nashville Area. The band derives their sound from the attitude and pace of punk, the technical prowess of progressive rock, and the gnarly heavy tones metal. This sound is accompanied by an electric high energy live performance. As concert goer of a Bad Acting show, expect high leaps, movements of reckless abandon, tight playing, and to be baptized in loving aggression.
